Specializing in a revolutionary new concept of dock seals, the 'Flo-Vent' is designed to seal the trailer to the building while allowing air to flow through the side pads. When the weather conditions warrant the side pads can be closed simply by rolling down a velcroed flap from top to bottom. The interior foam is coated with heavy duty polyurethane such that is used for pick up truck bed liners. This protects the exposed foam and increases the 'CRUSH' resistance.
